We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a simple and fair returns process.

Eligibility for Returns

You may return unused items in their original packaging within 2 days of receiving your order. Items that have been opened, used, personalized, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to send the item back.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 3–7 business days for funds to appear in your account depending on your bank or provider.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Used items or items not in original condition

  • Sale items (unless faulty)

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund where applicable at no additional cost.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your order for a refund and place a new order.
