Standard Delivery (UK): 2–5 working days — £3.95
Tracked 24/48 (UK): 1–2 working days — £6.95

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use it to track your parcel online.

Packaging:
We carefully package each soap bouquet to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Gift packaging is available on request.

Delays:
While we aim to deliver within the stated timeframe, please allow for occasional delays due to courier issues or extreme weather.

We offer a 2-day return window for unused items in their original packaging, just like many UK retailers.

Standard UK delivery is about £3.95 for Royal Mail Tracked 48; upgrade options (e.g., Tracked 24) are also available.

Many of the bouquets are hand-made in the UK , depending on the supplier - for example, some are shipped directly from their UK supplier

Our soap flower bouquets are designed primarily for decorative purposes. While they are made from soap, we do not recommend disassembling the bouquet or using the flowers for bathing or handwashing. This helps preserve their shape, color, and long-lasting beauty.
